Every provider submits identity documents and professional credentials during onboarding, and an administrator reviews them before the provider can list anything or take a booking. Credentials appear on each provider profile.

Across the United States. Providers set their own format — many offer video sessions, and some see people in person. Each provider profile says which they offer, so you can work with someone anywhere in the country or someone local to you.

No. Many members are caregivers, or simply people who feel run down and want structure. Nothing here requires a diagnosis, and nothing here replaces medical care.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Services take a deposit of 20–25% at booking with the balance due at completion; products are paid in full at checkout.
